Andrew Bean is a self-proclaimed commercial property nerd. He created and hosts Australia’s number #1 commercial property podcast, The Commercial Property Show Australia, and founded CP Data, the first Australian commercial property data platform to break down commercial property markets sector by sector with data to give the investor and property professional an unbiased view of their chosen market. 

At an early age Andrew was an elite level athlete competing at a high level at every sport he tried. He went on to choose baseball as his focus and represented NSW, Australia and played semi-professional in Germany in 2006. Once his sporting days were over, Andrew refocused his energy into his property education and has never stopped his thirst for knowledge. Andrew started seriously honing his skills back in 2016 and has since become a stand out in his knowledge and understanding of commercial Property. In 2019 he made the commitment to further drill down and obtain the specialised knowledge needed to identify, acquire, manage and successfully force huge value within the self storage industry.  Andrew also has a background in working for Australia's largest defence company managing teams to assist in providing Australia with state of the art defence capabilities. 

The father of two enjoys competing and testing himself daily being an avid CrossFit junkie. He strongly believes that investing in Self Storage and other high cash flow commercial property is the ultimate wealth vehicle of choice.
